There has probably never been a cheaper time to go and stay in Vegas, especially if you want to stay in a luxury room or suite in one of the top hotels in town.
True – the casinos will be far less busy (a good thing though right?), and true some of the retail and restaurants might not be open / fully open, and even perhaps some of the resorts offerings might be pared back a little, but with the average price of a room in Vegas down double digit percentages, its a great time to visit Sin City.
Not to mention, airlines, bus/coach companies and car hire firms are desperate for your business too.
Check out the chart below from those nice folks over at Hotels.com, those room rate price drops are over a 7 day period only!
It definitely pays to shop around, and to be frank, if you can’t find a rate you are happy with, ring the hotel and make them an offer, one thing you can absolutely certain of is….those hotels are running on sub 50% occupancy, and are desperate for your dollar.
